Call me the Gummy Bar kid. I could (and have) eat those all day long.

 

Any Nutrition tips for an ultra?

 

Set an alarm in your head unit to remind you to eat. I have one every 30 mins :)

 

Atlas Mountain Race nutrition secrets?

 

As the racing was so close, I saved 5 Gummy Bars for the end in case it turned into a road race in the last 100km.

Hey Tristan, which is your favourite Fuel+ product and why?

 

Fuel+ Drink Mix! I'm a big fan of not needing to think about what I'm eating, especially in races.

 

Any Nutrition tips for an ultra?

 

Start eating earlier than you think you need it. If you start eating or drinking once you are hungry or thirsty, it's too late.

 

Can you tell us a Fuel+ anecdote?

 

I think last year I had more Fuel+ gels than any other rider on earth! Haha

The Drink Mix! As is flavourless. it's just like drinking water but getting the carbs in.

 

Any Nutrition tips for an ultra?

Just keep eating and eating.

 

Can you tell us a Fuel+ anecdote?

 

I packed so much Drink Mix on Alps Divide that I still had some left on the 8th day! It saved me.
